The rhetoric is pervasive. Vladimir #Putin didn't "save" Russian speakers in #Crimea, he occupied and recolonized a place where #Indigenous Crimean Tatars were over 95% of the population, became 0 after deportation, and through active #resistance clawed their way back to 12%.
