I've gotten my 60+ YO friends on a weekly video call to do stretching, balance and strength exercises. Also, am teaching karate 3 nights a week. Feels like I am doing retirement OK.

If my thoughts are ping-ponging all over the place I try to imagine something simple. Like a lemon. Maybe dice. and focus on the details. The feel of the edges of the dice. The smell of the lemon skin. It slows the racing thoughts down.

We spent about a week up north in a little town; Munlochy. Didn't spend much time in Edinburgh besides touring the castle. Would recommend going way the F up north, past Inverness. Wild and weird. We want to go hiking again in the Cairngorms too.

Indeed. Ours was pals with, and protected his cat buddies. They'd all go on walks happily together. Share food even. Loved my son's dog. But outside that...
