I never, EVER thought that Fortnite would have something to suck me in but here we are. I spent 30-60 minutes in the Daft Punk experience last night and got very emotional. This really was made for the fans

I think this is one of the better selfies I've taken in a while. We met my family on Sunday to celebrate my birthday (on Tuesday) Not pictured: the bomb ass hot and honey chicken and French toast I devoured before I even thought to snap a pic

I said to my classmate today "I wonder when this (hard hat, safety vest, etc) will stop feeling like a costume." I'm having a blast and learning a lot, like how to install phone lines shown in the picture, but it feels uncomfortable to take a big step after working at the same place for 8+ years

Me next to my first installed phone lines after testing them and they all work!

I am beyond excited!! Fantasy Life was the last thing on my switch wishlist and I'm starting it!!! Honestly I couldn't be happier about a video game release!

Part of the opening narration of Fantasy Life i
"So pack your dreams and excitement into that backpack of yours, and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!

Your story is yours to shape. And it begins now-"

Two very hot men in this game. Unfortunately for Gilliam I said whoever dies in the final battle stays dead and the boss got him good. I'm a little obsessed with Duessel though 👀😍🥴 in the epilogue in my mind we returned to Grado and we spent the rest of our days in comfortable retirement

Well... It's over. I enjoyed that story and specifically what happens with Lyon really got me 🥲 I think when the next fire emblem game that comes out I'll actually pay attention. or at least I'll play Ike's game on NSO

I finally beat Brothership!! After my bitching about the pacing in the last few hours of the game, I think the emotional payoff of the ending made everything feel worthwhile. I was sad to say goodbye to a lot of these characters, but I'm really glad I stuck with it and saw it through to the end!

So I'm in a new era of gaming. Finally playing competitive online games again for the first time in a while. Got a new Xbox and started playing Marvel rivals. Add me if you wanna play, UdonBullets like everywhere else

I played a lot of games that had major control over chunks of my year. I'm so thankful I let myself beat TotK (thanks for the encouragement, @nightshadezero.bsky.social ) but man I had a good year for gaming. I'd love to play another run of unicorn overlord, but I'll have to save that for a while.

Nintendo gaming style:
Adventure 31%, action 25%, role playing 24%
Most played games:
LoZ:TotK, my time at sandrock, unicorn overlord
89 games played
808 total hours

Unicorn overlord was my favorite game of the year

Playtime:
TotK: 159 hours
MtaS: 109 hours
UO: 93 hours

78/100 If this was specifically if I played even at least 5 hours of a game then my score would be under 50 for sure. I've played a lot of these and bounced off or only played at a friend's house.

We also spent some time with Celine Dion seeing Titanique today! @chrisning.bsky.social really stole the show, showcasing his range in so many roles! Highly recommend going to see it, great voices and genuinely funny jokes. If I had time this busy holiday season I'd want to see it again!

This was a very different year than the past couple. I discovered Vindsvept by way of Crystal Project. Ever since hearing that soundtrack I've been looking forward to Vindsvept's regular releases and many of them get added to my sleep playlist. Very chill vibes

Spotify wrapped top songs:
1. Heartslap by Bright Light Bright Light and Mykal Kilgore
2. Onward by Vindsvept
3. Good Things by Vardaan Arora
4. prophecy fulfilled by ptasinski and RJ Pasin
5. 23 by Lawrence

Spotify wrapped top artists:
1. Vindsvept
2. Charli xcx
3. Kim Petras
4. X Ambassadors
5. GameChops

I listened for 111 250 minutes this year

I was in the top 0.5% of listeners for Vindsvept
