... We must change our broken system in which a handful of people choose the principal from a consultancy firm shortlist. Hi Ali, we do want to be clear, we do not advocate violence against anyone, including the Vice Chancellor. Our point is to highlight the double standard of extremely good conditions for senior management and very poor conditions for staff. Protecting and improving staff conditions remain our focus.
