We are saddened to learn that lifetime AAS member Victor H. Mair has passed away. Professor Mair was a mainstay at our Annual Conferences and co-author of the Key Issues in Asian Studies title "Traditional China in Asian and World History." AAS sends condolences to his family and colleagues.
