I had the pleasure of having @markforbes.com.au on the podcast last week where we talked about his book Collected Memories and his process. Here is my personal copy and my edc the Nikon Zf and Voightlander 50mm Apo

I shot mainly my voigtlander 50mm f2 app on the Zf. But I do swap the 40mm f2 and 28mm 2.8 from the z7ii to the Zf if I want autofocus. The 40mm is such a great lens and highly underrated

You are 100% right. People like this deserve to be beat with the 600mm lens they always brag about

I think I may be going all vintage manual lenses on the Nikon ZF. I love the look, rendering and the slowing down of the process Anyone have some lens recommendations?

I hear this is the new cool place to share

Tyson Martin @tysonmartin.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

Made the jump from a longtime Fujifilm shooter to the Nikon ZF and I have been very very happy. I have kept my X100V to scratch my Fuji needs when they arise. #nikon #nikonzf

Such a great conversation Scott. Thank you for your time and sharing your wisdom

Tyson Martin @tysonmartin.bsky.social · 04/12/2024

I appreciate that. But never judge your work against anyone. Create from your soul and magic will happen

My least favourite time of year

I spent 6 months checking this tree at first light waiting for the scene to speak to me. One morning after a light snowfall everything aligned and I got the shot I was waiting for. Fujifilm Xt2 with SMC Super Takumar 28mm Langley Bc

Traces of the first snow fall on the hills, a river running fast and all the colour in the trees created a scene I could not pass up #fujifilmxh2

Sunrise in Deep Cove BC I have a thing for sunrises, sunsets and moody weather. This morning the sky came alive and reflected in the ocean. #sunrise #deepcovebc #fujifilm

Thank you so much. It was an amazing experience

Sunset at Siwash Rock. All the smoke in the air from the forest fires allowed the sky to light up in incredible ways. #vancouverbc #siwashrock #sunset #fujifilm

I most likely won’t change anything because I do not need too. 5 weeks not doing anything is just getting to me

I use my own preset as a start and adjust to how the image feels
