This was one of the more ludicrous examples. In my town here's another. Looking at the pics, the first house didn't have 100k of work put in and this one needs a priest, a wrecking ball, and the GDP of a small nation to fix up. Starter homes here are about 450k-600k. These kids are fucked

Hey JD, I know you're a royal cunt, but does this look affordable to the average US citizen? Also consider that if you buy this overpriced 100 year old house in the shit area of town, you're probably driving to Boise for work, so you get to sit in traffic 2 hours a day or more.

Yeah.... Real fucking affordable. You too can buy a slightly remodeled house that is over 100 years old and less than 1000 sq. Feet for 300k + massive interest rates all on low wages in lovely Caldwell Idaho.

We recently fostered a dog from the local shelter while he recovered from an operation and realized within 24 hours we would never find a better dog. It's really unbelievable how well behaved and obedient he is..... And he doesn't shed much. I should have bought a Powerball ticket that day
