Have to write a paper that argues for sanctuary cities not giving ICE information, but I'm so sniffly and cranky that my outline so far only consists of "FUCK ICE." and "Sanctuary cities are covered under the 10th Amendment and the US Constitution also covers non-citizens. This is fucking BS."

The kids just figured that one doesn't have the same video game time limits they do, and they're complaining. Parenting books never teach you nuanced parenting that sometimes comes across as unbalanced or unfair. That kid can self-regulate, which means I don't have to do it for them.

Kid wanted to try to make marzipan, so they made me some as a "Yay, finals are over!" treat. Well, now we have so much fucking marzipan. We're just eating it out of the freezer, so it doesn't go bad. Opposite of a problem, really, but none of us can stop grabbing one as we walk by.

Speedbump literally walked in the door and has yet to try to walk out. He comes running when he hears cheese sticks, so he clearly knows how to go after what he wants. I'd say it's a large orange boi thing, but Void is the same. (Donut was an indoor cat from the beginning of her life.)
