Patrick Collison and Sam Altman are two of the smartest people of our generation. This interview was very interesting and Patrick had a bunch of great questions lined up rapid fire. Well worth the listen: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1egAKCKPKCk

As if anyone needed another reason to dislike Red Bell F1, they have Elon as a visitor in their garage this weekend.

Maybe if Republicans were _actually_ trying to protect the health and safety of our kids, they’d take @aoc.bsky.social’s Green New Deal seriously. Could it be that they don’t actually care about our kids?

Climate action isn’t just about saving the planet. “Children, and young children especially, have less control over their physical environments, less knowledge about health effects from climate change, and less ability to remove themselves from harm.”

The concept of being able to write posts without actually opening Bluesky is awesome. You don't get distracted by "the feed" but are still able to engage with the community when desired. Separating consumption from creation.

It’s up and ready for the world. This is something I’ve been thinking about for a while and I think “Domain Fidelity” is the right term to describe this all-too-common phenomenon. tylerwince.com/2023/04/10/avoiding-…

Using GPT-4 to create custom bedtime stories with the kids is so much fun. They love dreaming up supernatural ideas and then place themselves as the main characters. Watching the story being written in real-time and reading it together is just the icing on the cake.
