These talking heads just don't get it - When you have a chance to run inside zone from shotgun for 0 yards a waste a down, you absolutely have to take it. We must practice the play nonstop cause we're clearly not practicing defense or special teams. GB is a QB factory, not a football team.

I didn't specify any metric. I use EPA because per game stats can be masked by a good offense. Your PPG will look good if your offense has the ball for 6 minutes per drive and limits the other offenses chances. EPA rates D per play and cuts out garbage time. So I think it's a more accurate view.

Sorry you're right. We were 4th on defense by EPA last season. So one good season. Here's LaFleur's entire tenure on defense by EPA; 2019 - 14th 2020 - 14th 2021 - 19th 2022 - 26th 2023 - 23rd 2024 - 4th (yay!) 2025 - 22nd So we managed to get worse with Micah Parsons, somehow.
