The vet says that two are infected and he needs a $500 course of antibiotics & allergy meds. This is the “cheap” vet. I don't know what to do. We can keep treating him like we have been but that's obviously not enough. If the infections get bad it could kill him. 3/

Did you know you can make a drink called The Mirage that looks like water but is actually pure booze? Brotherly reconciliation ensues - & karaoke. AU as of late S4, just after Lucifer takes the first step to forgive himself.
Notes:

This is not an Evil Michael fic. I am a hardcore Deckerstar shipper, but I also hate the one-dimensional way the show depicts Michael after spending so long showing us that no one is truly evil (I mean, even Le Mec & Jimmy Barnes were both heading for redemption), and I can’t accept that there wasn’t a time when the twins loved each other. And I refuse to believe that anyone is beyond redemption.

Should I submit this to the MDAS? Maybe. Also the song used is something I got from Angstaholic (NerdOfTheTaiga)’s amazing fic “Dad! Samael Is Poking Me!” It’s the song the twins duet during the story’s conclusion karaoke night. I love it and it’s my favorite “Michifer” Twin song, so this is a homage to that lovely fic as well in that the brothers end up doing drunken karaoke to the same song.

Notes:
Music video style. This is DARK, folks. And from the moment I saw/heard this song on the 10th, I knew what the 12th would be. An exception to my “all fics in this Lucitober take place in the same universe” rule, this is AU from near the end of S5B - Lucifer was too broken over Chloe’s death to think of trying to bring her back, but Amenadiel begged Michael to spare their brother…and so their surprise, he did.

A broken Lucifer returned to Hell - and over time, realized the power of Lilith’s immortality in his ring. And he only built upon that. Again, severe angst warning - but if it helps, I imagine he’s successful this time.

Lucifer takes his Decker Girls on a weekend trip to his beach house. Fluff ensues…and a bit of angst.

Notes:

These three just combined instantly in my head, and the chapter count has been adjusted to reflect thst this is 3 days in 1. Set in the nebulous time period between S5B & S6, so Lucifer hasn’t assumed the mantle of God, but the War is behind them, and Luci thought his girls could use a break.

I also debated on him using Godly power to take Dan to Heaven when they reached the point where he couldn’t figure out why he was still in Hell, but they believed all his guilt had been delt with, because it would make it easier for him not to have to lie to Trix… but it felt unfair to the message of the show - so I didn’t do it. However Luci IS absolutely certain that Dan WILL redeem himself like Mr. Said-Out-Bitch did, so while his statements reflect hope for Dan’s redemption, as of this fic Daniel is still in his personal Purgatory Loop.

There are also a couple of references that make it clear that all of my Lucitober2025 stories are taking place on the same or a parallel timeline, so far.

Personal disclaimer - I have never been on a trampoline or in a simulated skydive. I am guessing what sensations would occur, and I hope I get it right. I have ridden rollercoasters and drop rides, though. In addition: Sky Zone is a real place in LA - there are several of them. I don’t know if any of them actually have a skydive tube, but for the sake of the story this non-specific one does.

Summary:
This is a collection of one-shots inspired by the 2025 Lucitober prompts. This is my first time writing in this fandom, though I’ve been a lurker/reader for almost three years.

There will be experimental styles (Songfic, music video, POV pieces, etc) and I promise to keep the tags updated.

Notes:
This is an experimental style of fic. I’ve only ever done one before this and it was back in 2001 for the Buffy/Angel fandom.

I’m going for a “music video” feel here. Each verse comes before the descriptive paragraph meant to show what you’d be seeing if it were a video.

Why not just make a video? Simple: some of these scenes won’t be directly from the show, & some are internal thoughts. Also, I suck at editing and a 30 second video takes me hours. Trust me - this is better.

Early this morning I held a baby praying mantis. I gently coaxed it onto my finger & put it in a rose bush. But while it was on my finger, it settled down & started washing its tiny face. I was blessed by a mantis’ trust today. (Pic not mine - just showing what one looks like.)

I didn’t get a picture because the kitten (7 months old now) tried to eat it before I could…but a ladybug rode my wheelchair in from outside. So If ladybugs are supposedly good luck & black cats are supposedly bad luck, If a 🐈‍⬛ eats a 🐞 , do they cancel each other out & I now have a neutral 🐈‍⬛ ?
