Communication is already too frictionless, ai will make this problem worse. The erosion in trust that an email, phone call, or text is legitimate is bad.

Been thinking about this more and I actually want to lay the blame on how frictionless communicating has become. It’s too easy to cancel or change plans. This goes for appointments of all kinds. Ai agents will only exacerbate this.
