Told the 4 year old I look after that I’d be going to the dr while she was in school the other day. She made a quick self portrait for me to put in my pocket to help me be brave.

Minka’s Evening Report: Big rainstorm today, so I did the most sensible thing. I call these Pictures of a Dog Napping. Later, frens!

Minka, a smallish white dog, sleeps while lying on a blanket covered cushion. The blanket has a red background with an Asian inspired design. She’s on her right side with her head toward the camera. Her left front leg is stretched out, the other front leg lies flat on the cushion, as do her rear legs. A fluffy pale purple dog bed is by the top of her head; she refuses to sleep in that bed. A white electric cord snakes up the dog bed; she was chilled from walking in the rain, so the hearing pad under the blanket was on.

Same dog, same situation as in the previous picture. The single exception is that her left front leg is curved instead of straight.

Minka’s Evening Report: Remember a few weeks ago when I posted a picture of a small felt ghost in the grass? Well, I saw him again today! He’s still in the grass, but he looks like the landscapers are trying to kill him. Little shook over here. Later, frens!

I wasn’t able to go to the No Kings March today because of my health situation. But I managed to hang my garden flag that says No Kings, No Fascists, No Tyrants.

Minka’s Evening Report: Long walk this morning on the road in the woods. It’s hilly here! Spent time with my cousins Riley and Nugget. Ate some of Riley’s food. Barked at a cat. Gotta go to sleep so Santa can come. Merry Christmas, frens!

Minka’s Evening Report: Went down the path on my evening walk. We found some passion flowers. They grow wild around here, but it’s a lovely event to spot them just thriving in a random raw lot. Later, frens!
