Finished today, 34th book in 2026. What an amazing gem of a book. The story of a blind French girl and a German boy whose lives briefly intersect in occupied France during World War II. Heart-breaking; emotional; bittersweet. I so wanted a different ending. Highly recommended. #Books2026
