I'm going to compile lists of people and panels this time so no one gets forgotten from GATEway FATE this year!

It's been a BUSY month, but this week, I'd like to take a moment to work on some chainmail and talk about it. See you soon!!

Thank you for sticking with me so far. When everything is all sorted out, I want to come back more motivated than ever! See you around until then! 4/4

I will be doing work in the background to make a return easier: cleaning up my channel, learning editing skills, and working on non-streaming content. I'm also happy to jump into collabs if you want me! But no return date yet. I'll keep you updated as things improve. 3/4

a full-time job, working towards changing careers to voice acting, and streaming. As much as I wish I didn't have to, I need to focus on my direct future, and I need to reduce the amount I'm doing: streaming, sadly, being what needs paused. 2/4

This is my official announcement of an indefinite hiatus. This is not a graduation announcement. Long story short, I'm extremely burnt out and in a cycle of bad mental health followed by chronic illness followed by bad mental health, repeat. I've been trying to do too much: 1/4

It's on the back of my knee, swelling, and I'm required to wear long pants at work. I'm currently in shorts icing the hell out of it.

Now, I have to change it because I can't have the clicking in the audio. XD

100

twyladreams @twyladreams.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

Well, not much would have changed if it just kept working properly! I wasn't going to upgrade my computer yet, just use it for more voice over work!

twyladreams @twyladreams.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

Nothing says "I'm trying to do something new and exciting!" like my computer deciding the PSU fan bearing is going out. It's always something. 🤣

The coworkers I join for anime night have said if I land a role in an anime, we're watching it immediately regardless of what else we're doing. 🤣 I love their enthusiasm for it.

Four days of vocal warmups after my first VO class and my breath capacity is already noticeably better. 🤯

040

twyladreams @twyladreams.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

This might be a week of low-energy, low-talking streams. It feels like I gargled glass and I need to preserve what little voice I have to at least be able to participate in my class this week. 😅

030

twyladreams @twyladreams.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

I didn't let the sickness win! But we'll see what the week brings.

020

twyladreams @twyladreams.bsky.social · 02/03/2025

After a crazy fun night last night, my voice isn't up for reading. But it IS up for some Breath of the Wild instead where voice cracks and frogginess are completely acceptable!

I dreamed about the very same instrument I've been stuck on the past week. I can't even escape it in sleep! 😭

It's sad because I genuinely loved this job, but the decisions made this year have burned all traces of good will. Time to explore other avenues (over time.)

010

twyladreams @twyladreams.bsky.social · 27/02/2025

It'll be a FFXIV Gold Saucer vent/rant/update stream tonight after I get home from the brewery. Stupid things are happening at work that are leading to exciting things outside of work. :) And hey, I miss doing the Gold Saucer and talking with everyone!
