Second the suggestion for vinyl. It's also a lot less expensive than latex. Another option to consider would be silicone. There are a lot of companies starting to make masks, suits, and other accessories out of silicone.

I was also going to suggest tattoos or piercings. Nice thing about those is that depending on where they are located, they can be easily concealed.
