It's possible the Korean diaspora in Canada has developed something, but you can buy breakfast poutine (home fries instead of French fries, hollandaise sauce instead of gravy + eggs and possibly bacon) in a lot of spots so I think that's more likely 😓

yt is a great idea - or you could also ask your trainer for some ideas of what you could do between sessions (especially if you can tell him what equipment you have access to) ? then you could just pick a couple exercises based on that - i find writing out 3-5 exercises before I start helps!

yeah i think dumbbells/body weight would be okay for those - if they have anything you could put a TRX straps or gymnastic rings on that would also be good (I find those very useful for lats/back - i bought an at home pull up bar and rings for that exact issue)

this feels like the sort of accidentally kinda rude thing i would say in french 😅 ESL and liked the ending? hopefully, anyway

honestly you can get a lot done with just a set of dumbbells and a mat... if the gym in your complex has something along those lines I would maybe do that! what kind of workouts are you looking for??
