I'm curious as to when he thinks Minnesota was "great". When Jesse was governor (the first time Donnie was thinking of running for POTUS was as a member of Jesse's Reform Party, but that fizzled)? Last time we went GOP was 1972. So when, by his reckoning, were we "great"?
