Our recent work shows that deficiency of ANGPTL4 causes death in one-third of newborn mice due to intestinal lymphatic malformations and inflammation, while surviving mice are more resistant to intestinal inflammation and tumor formation. @uoftpress.bsky.social @sickkidsto.bsky.social
