Moss compresses under the weight of B.B.s crushing momentum, his soft, squishy body contorting, folding around B.B. like a ball of dough. Depspite this give, despite the ability for Moss to take some of this blow, Kouki can *see* the strain it is putting on him, can see the pain in his eyes.

Kouki can feel the intent of the pokemon across from them, can sense it's desire for blood. Gastrodon are particularly hearty pokemon to begin with, and he's trained Moss with the utmost defenses. He has no doubt Moss will weather the storm, but at a price.
