Vaccinium effusion is a fake disease which causes people to turn into permaberries in this universe. It is written as a mutation of the cells which causes fluid production in the body. Followed by discolouration of the skin and extreme swelling.
It is not contagious (I use the word virus to describe it because disease sounds too harsh)
Vaccinium - the genus which includes blueberries, cranberries, etc
Effusion - an abnormal buildup or escape of fluid into the cavities of the body.

By popular demand, I will use SJ for demonstration purposes (it’s not canon lol)

I’m aware my activity has been stagnant as of late but I’d like to make a post in memoriam of my Chihuahua, Tinkerbell, who was euthanized recently after she stopped breathing due to congestive heart failure. Rest in peace Tinkerbell. You will be missed by all who cared and loved for you
