Happy Xbox Disc to Digital day for those in the insider program. My 3 piles. Left are the 17 games that worked. Middle are the 19 games that didn't work. Right are the 3 unsupported discs. (AC Rogue is that weird X1 / 360 box where it's just the 360 game that's back compat)

What exactly are you talking about here, because despite all that they still have way more games on schedule for release than Sony. They aren't exclusives but you didn't specify, just forced in a stray shot at Xbox because ~*reasons*~

Posting this here for @undeadlabs.com who are quiet here on Bluesky but I can't wait to see how State of Decay 3 turns out. I'll be there on day one! I hope they found a really good new owner.

Here's a bunch a physical games. I've been fighting the good fight for years. I've got plenty more too. Put your money where your mouth is & post pics of your new purchases!

Got this email today. What prompted @ubisoft.com to do this state of residence stuff?

Thanks for checking. I must be an oddball but I don't use any of those. I use an app called Podcast Addict which I guess grabs RSS feed data. If I look back Ep 417 has the time stamps but none after. They just have a short description.

Dash Galaxy in the Alien Asylum I remember trying to trade it in to a Funcoland & their offer was literally $0.01. I was offended & kept the game.

This is the highest gas price I've ever had to pay in my life. Thanks Trump.

deadline.com/2026/02/wbd-... I don't like that Paramount has any sort of chance here but at least it seems that Netflix is still in the driver's seat.

Hey Shining Force fans! I've wanted to own these for years. I have a US copy of Shining Force 3 but of course Scenario 2 & 3 were never translated so I needed the whole Japanese set. 😅 I want to build a custom frame for them. Hey @sega-west.bsky.social, @sega.jp dont forget about this lost gem!

Shining Force 3 Scenario 1, 2 & 3 for Sega Saturn, Japan.

Got these 5 Steam games for $4.45 on www.loaded.com (formerly CDkeys). Just insane deals. There's a lot more good ones for under $2 each there, you just have to spend some time looking through the list.

Checkout your Xbox Story. www.trueachievements.com/my-xbox-story/ I like that my 1st Xbox One achievement is from Ryse: Son of Rome. That game deserved a bit better reception. Over 350 hours of State of Decay 2 😅 33% of my gaming is turn based or RPG. Very on brand. That percentage is higher now.

First question I ask it results in a lie. There's no Gaming Copilot Settings in the mobile app. 🤦‍♂️

What is this crap? I can't wait for the AI bubble to burst. These tech companies need to lose billions & Satya will hopefully be fired.

At my local Walmart checking up on the Xbox section of games. So it's still there, of course, but they did drop it down to one & threw budget games in the other section. There's stock on all 3 console models as well.

Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn't Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden or Alice in Chains? Yeah, it's not hard.

Glad to hear it. I picked up a copy from a yard sale for $3 & plan to try it eventually. Great haul!

I finally got around to watching the Outer Worlds 2 / Grounded 2 Direct. The Outer Worlds 2 seems like an awesome game but why is he holding an Xbox Standard Edition physical copy of the game that you can't actually buy? Let me buy a disc copy @xbox.com! (yes, I know I can get one on PS5)

www.purexbox.com/news/2025/06... This is brutal. I hope she's wrong but I can't say there's no truth to what she's saying.

This specific comment? Microsoft Gaming is making more money than ever. The Xbox console is in a strange place. The Xbox brand I wouldn't say is highly valuable as it's largely ignored by most gamers. I'm happy that the MS games are doing better but people won't associate them with the Xbox brand.

Turn Based Carl @turnbasedcarl.bsky.social · 11/06/2025

I assume they have the same versions in the UK. So the only Xbox version available is similar to Avowed, a premium edition with no disc. For some reason the PS5 premium edition says it has a disc & code in it. 🤦‍♂️

Crazy. Called my local Walmart and they have 30 units in stock. The guy said he probably had my canceled one too because he got an extra to sell that was in "limbo".

Horizon Forbidden West is a beautiful game. When the devs called it an RPG I didn't really buy that but the more I play this sequel the more it does feel like an action RPG. This game really is my jam & maybe I should be a pony. 😅
