A huff from a maw large enough to enclose around an orb, which is floating gently just above the palm of their hand. That warmth. The pressure. And your view of this ‘vision’ still has yet more to reveal. /3

The muzzle of this enormous fox, bearing read fur that fades into blues of various shades, hangs open in a gentle smile, barely showing the sharp fangs within. /4

And the great, glowing blue eyes share the gentle softness, the expression of this great being clear as day. As you blink… you swear you remember this fox. “I saw him… moments ago…” /5

As you try to pull your mind’s eye toward memory rather than vision, some of those memories do flash for but a moment. A helping hand from the red and blue fox with multiple tails after you tripped and fell. Witnessing him rise a foot taller as you thank him. /6

But your memories are hazy from there. Brief images of this fox hugging a building, blushing and trying his best not to topple it. Followed by the next, a sky filled with his blue paw pads. Then feeling the planet shudder underneath you as the sky darkened, his entire being enveloping the sun. /7

But you push those hazy ‘memories’ out; after all, none of that happened… right? All of those things are still standing, so to speak; the sun still glows in the day’s sky, the skyscrapers and every building you can see are unharmed, and you yourself would remember falling like that… right? /8

But that vision… it feels so real. The view of that fox’s face, gazing down at this strange black orb, against a backdrop of endless white, is still completely dominating your mind. His shakey huffs. His smile. /9

Only made more real by the words spoken aloud, that almost shake the very fabric of space around you. “Don’t worry… I won’t let you come to harm. You’re safe with me.” /10

You can barely catch your breath. The awe you feel at this power to permeate your reality is overtaking you. But… that’s not a bad thing, right? Being in my comforting grasp. Knowing all is well at my fingertips. Your inability to comprehend any of it is of no concern to you, you think. /11
