One of the most relaxing things is to avoid planes and use the train. Beautiful trip in the rain from Boston to New York today to meet Houda Ghozzi, PhD Richard Gordon and many ecosystem builders and funders of translational science and innovation in Africa. #SWEATAfrica

Wow, what a trip. I arrived in torrential rain in Boston; the airplane circled for hours, but we managed to get safely to Cambridge. Crazy weather in the Nor’easter part of the USA.

I hope that many of the journalists, YouTubers and podcasters that destroyed Jason Arday with lies and exaggerations also resign! The men was crucified and did not deserve this level of attack EVEN if he had plagiarised (which he was cleared) and exaggerated about his life and stories

As we embrace Friday, let's remember the importance of letting our hair down—relaxing, being ourselves, and acting freely without the constraints of rules or the opinions of others. I just returned from a wonderful trip to the wildflowers, waterfalls, and mountains. Wishing everyone a happy Friday!
