1. Focus more on my wips ( I would like to motivate myself to complete them because I do wish to finish them) 2. Write more in general 3. Be a bit more organized and schedule things out.

Prices keep rising, they keep killing shows too soon, got rid of password sharing without a solid alternative for long distance families, etc. We’ll be watching that percentage drop even more 2025

Anime Challenge - Day 4: Favorite Anime Movie It feels odd to say my favorite anime movie is one attached to a show, but it is. The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya is one that I rewatch consistently. Even more than Castle in the Sky.

For me, not really. MCD is something that I don’t mind being a surprise. It honestly enhances the fic sometimes going into it. The other Archive Warnings though, grinds my gears if those aren’t tagged.

The hardest part of this book challenge is not explaining. Part of me just wants to rant about how these books very much took up aspects of my psyche in both good and bad ways.

✏️ like marshmallows ✏️ #jinkook #BTSfic ✏️ 23.2k words / T-rated ✏️ modern magic AU, Seokjin runs an occult shop, Jungkook kind of stumbles in and stays, chaos and whimsy, fluff and humor 🔗 ao3.org/works/60986275

title: like marshmallows

summary:
After getting fired, Jungkook takes the wrong turn through a construction site and somehow ends up working in an occult shop. He figures it’s just selling witchy knick-knacks, black candles and wine-red notebooks embossed with symbols—but occasionally one corner of the shop starts emitting mist that attempts to grab him, the drawer under the register tries to eat his fingers, and there are glass jars with very questionable contents in the storage room… So something weird is definitely going on.

Funnily enough, the flashy shopkeeper seems fully unbothered by the strange occurrences, and spends most of his time concocting explosive potions and talking to the fire crackling in the fireplace behind the register.

(Sometimes Jungkook is sure the fire actually responds. What the fuck.)

So, while the risks of working in the shop definitely exceed the usual hazards of an average retail job, maybe Jungkook wants to stick around because it pays well.

Or maybe because the shopkeeper is so very, very pretty.

-
or; a chaotic modern magic AU that partially borrows elements from Howl’s Moving Castle.

two photos side by side, on the left there's blond Seokjin dressed in a pink robe with the hood pulled up and gazing toward the right, and on the right there's black-haired Jungkook dressed in a black hoodie and gazing toward the left.

rating: teen
Jeon Jungkook / Kim Seokjin
