i'm really enjoying tiffany day's new record and the songwriting is generally very good but i CANNOT stop noticing the americanisms 😭 "could give a fuck" man WHAT did americans do to this language, are we not listening to our words

i have respect for harry going into this sonic direction, tbh. this is going to kill a lot of stans off if the rest of the album commits to this sound that said i find this a weird lead choice, it's very mellow. i am invested in this sound though!!

okay but seriously what are we doing with this vivid copy paste map if you want to make a mapping political statement pick an actual equivalent instead of the most egregious thing in the world. it's cringe, and an insult to the ranking section you apparently care so much about

taylor swift is getting more hate than chris brown is and i think that says a lot about how much you guys actually care about activism

the fact some of you are perfectly comfortable glorifying kirk as some martyr just because he was killed is scary watch your tone.

how socially acceptable is it to listen to a specific christmas song all year around? this song is stunningly haunted in a not-specifically-christmas sense but it's still a christmas song. i don't think i have it in me to shelve this song til next december music.apple.com/gb/album/mer...

probably posting to the wrong audience but how the hell do i get into the other modes of osu! after 10 years of playing standard? i want to feel progression again so have been trying to get into mania and/or taiko but it really isn't working out for me, it feels unobtainable

i was thinking about why bluesky feels naturally more of a "intimate" platform than twitter has in recent times, and it dawned on me just how much time i'd spent in comments of tweets trying to find comments that weren't either bots, blue tick attention seekers or both. holy shit it's 2014 again
