Made a mashed potato and parsley root cake from Friday's leftovers, had been dealing with acid reflux issues all weekend and got properly hungry again at last today, and the mash-cake with yoghurt dip should be mild enough for my tummy. Anyway, delicious, great way to use up mash #foodSky

I drew a picture with a shitload of eyes in it.
