This is basically what Bruce implied in recent interviews. You can't coach EP40 the same way you do Garland or Miller. There is a lot of blame on Petey himself, but the best coaches know how to get the most out of players and fully understand that different players need different methods

It sucks because Vancouver used to be known for having some of the best ice in the league. I remember stories of sending their ice guy around the league to help everyone else. It's not good for skilled teams to have garbage ice. Totally helps the muckers
