like is bro stealing my two copies of legends za or what....... but yeah im like gonna explode or something IDK 😭😭😭

000

i missed it early in the morning on thursday and usually they drop off missed parcels in the afternoon (around 2-3) and in fact I KNOW this bc i went to my collection centre and they said the postie had JUST left after dropping off missed parcels... BUT DIDNT DROP OFF MINE???

100

like what am i supposed to do about this, genuinely😭🙏 i contacted support for the postal service and they said "we can arrange a pick up at your local collection centre" like shouldnt it have been dropped off ALREADY?

100

i mean tbf i wasnt there to collect the parcel, BUT!! they were supposed to drop it off at my local collection centre and tell me by 7pm that day!!! it has been 2 days and apparently ITS AT A SORTING FACILITY??? 4 HOURS AWAY????

110

for context: i ordered 2 copies of pokemon legends za for me and my fiance which was around 170 aussie bucks including postage, i bought express shipping so we could both play the games the day after... MY PARCEL GOT LOST IN TRANSIT
