Saw The Burning (1981) last night. This was the only horror movie my parents and older sisters wouldn’t let me watch when I was a kid and now I know why!

Watched Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma (2026) last night. Ambitious, self-aware horror film with great performances by Hannah Einbinder and Gillian Anderson. Would recommend!

Watched the Green Day road trip movie Nimrods last night. Wasn’t bad. Their music isn’t really my thing, but the songwriting and melodicism is undeniable. Plus, Billy Joe has completed his transformation into an eccentric rich guy.

In a recent interview, Shooter Jennings said that playing live was always tough for him because he'd be stressed all day that the show would go badly, but if it went well, he'd be so relieved that he'd party too hard. Highly relatable content, my man.

Man, that’s wild about the AI ending humanity thing and CEOs calling for government intervention. Weird that it’s coming as the whole bubble is about to pop and will likely mean nationalization and the final merger between the tech oligarchs, the state, and the military-industrial complex.
