The Egyptomania Museum @egyptomaniamuseum.bsky.social · 12/04/2025

We are honoured to have a second #Egyptomania Museum display this year, this time at Bolton Museum, thanks to our consultant Egyptologist Prof Joann Fletcher and Bolton’s curator Ian Trumble. Our objects are shown alongside some wonderful pieces from Bolton’s own collection.

Light stone classical doorway with green framed wooden doors open into a small museum gallery. Above is a frosted window with gold lettering spelling “Bolton’s Egypt”. In the centre of the gallery is a cylindrical display case.

A small museum gallery with dark wooden parquet floors. A central blue cylindrical display case is topped with gold letters spelling “obsession”. Inside the case are Egyptomania Museum objects. Other cases and panels are on the walls around the gallery.
