Just checking to see if @tommorelloofficial.bsky.social has read or is reading or has plans to read (or might I suggest listening to) the (currently 7, about to be 8) Dungeon Crawler Carl series of books... For a revolutionary guitarist* and RPG fan, it just seems up your alley.

"Can I have some water, Papa?" Greycloud asked, studying her father's weathered face. The wisdom, courage and composure she saw in his eyes filled her with peace of mind. He was physically imposing, even for a tauren, but to Greycloud he was a gentle giant. docs.google.com/document/d/1...

Just curious as to what @menezescracked.bsky.social thinks is the 1st 007 film, as he implied that License to Kill is the 5th. Technically, the 4th movie was written before the book, but LtK is the 16th Broccoli Bond film and 18th overall. (Casino Royale'67 & Never Say Never Again are non-Eon films)

IDC if it's 🌌🔭 inaccurate, I was the dad of a baby girl when it came out & the father daughter arc of this movie imprinted on me, making Armageddon one of my all time favorite 90s movies. It's trying to be Star Wars, not Star Trek. Suck it, NASA. Even rife with science errors, it's a great movie.

Some of the things I made with @mediamolecule.bsky.social's Dreams. I made multiple variants of this rocket, based on ones I made in LittleBigPlanet using the Pizza Planet rocket. I also made these dice ... and the Rubik Snake I made was actually poseable. Oh, and I recreated my LBP font in Dreams

More from LittleBigPlanet. Next up are some models I made using Dreams by @mediamolecule.bsky.social, the same people who made this game.

A screenshot of a "tweet" of one of my cars I used to make in LittleBigPlanet. This one is decorated with promotional stickers from, weirdly, Progressive Insurance. I used the generic muscle car body I created. The text portion of the tweet says "does anyone remember that weird cross promotion between LittleBigPlanet and Progressive Insurance? Anyway, that's how this happened... My favorite part is when you activate the boost dollar signs chuff out of the engine like a raging steam locomotive." Steven Isbell and "It's Flo" are tagged at the end of the tweet.

An image of a car I made in LittleBigPlanet that looks like a cartoon accurate Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo, or at least as cartoon accurate as you can get using one thick and one thin layer of the games editable material. Floating in front of the windshield is a hovering in edit mode Sackboy in a Fred Jones costume I created. Fred has a nail through his head, which I used in all my costumes as an identifying mark.

010

🥀🛴🦭‽ @truflu.bsky.social · 25/11/2024

I used to make a bunch of cars that drove in LBP, 2, & 3. This is one of the more generic cars I made, but I made many recognizable cars as well. This one is like an homage to Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. I also made Sackboy costumes for Stan Lee (seen in both pics) and Jack Kirby

A LittleBigPlanet car I designed, controlled by a "controllinator". It is Marvel themed, with nods to Human Torch, Spiderman, Captain America, Thor, and the X-Men. The background is "Andy's House" from the Toy Story Level Kit DLC.

Stan Lee and Jack Kirby costumes for LittleBigPlanet. Stan Lee has a nail through his head because I changed costumes so often it became the staple of all my costumes so my friends could easily recognize me in a group.

Once upon a time, I was a community creator in LittleBigPlanet & later Dreams. I rarely finished anything because I was too focused on details, so now I just have a bunch of fun stuff I can no longer share w/ folks, because Sony shut down the LBP servers. 💔 If I find more pics, I'll share them here.

Side view of puzzle box art for a jigsaw puzzle mini game I was creating in LittleBigPlanet 2 & 3, sitting on the hardwood floor background I made. This pic showcases how I used stickers to make a big block of "thick" to make a puzzle box top.

A front view of the jigsaw puzzle box art I made for one of the Jigsaw puzzles I put together for my LittleBigPlanet puzzle mini game, featuring Storm of the X-Men and lots of "Kirby Crackle".
