Went to do my Korean lesson tonight on Teuida and noticed that an early lesson I'd finished a while ago was now showing incomplete. I went to retake it and look what they've added😂 There's are a lot of Bangtan references in the lessons.

Yet somehow, these same leaders confidently eliminated thousands of jobs based on that incomplete understanding.

The pattern is clear. Companies discovered that AI excels at handling routine, repetitive tasks but fails dramatically when situations require institutional knowledge, relationship management, emotional intelligence, or human judgment. The gap between what AI can do and what companies need done is far wider than anyone anticipated.

Bonica's findings are an extension of his earlier research into the Democrats' sprawling Spam PAC complex, which found it to largely be a self-dealing boondoggle for the party's consultant class. In breaking down the expenditures for the leading clearinghouses of spam fundraising appeals, Bonica found that out of some $670 million in donations, just $11 million wound up in the coffers of campaigns, national party committees, and individual candidates.
The other $659 million stayed with the fundraising groups themselves. That works out, Bonica wrote, to "a fundraising efficiency rate of just 1.6 percent."
