So fun fact / confession. I watched the “What Happened” on Star Fox Zero with *particular* interest as it dropped into our feed while we were coming up with the initial control scheme for Rogue Flight because the drift mechanic was so unique and I didn’t wanna screw it up. 😅 The algorithm knew.

The original Takatoku 1/55 toy might be a good source of inspiration. Rather than attaching the thighs into the nose, they attached to a *bracket* that swung into place in battloid mode. This would allow you to finely control their orientation in each mode and pivot them to maintain the taper.

We have a strict “NO A.I.” policy. We have no interest in any generative OR assistive AI of any kind. This goes for everything: art, music, coding, writing, and QA.

Setting aside the ethical and moral issues with LLM’s, as well as the potential copyright issues which accompany A.I. generated slop, We view gaming as a multimodal art form, and without exception, we collectively view A.I. / LLM generated media is an affront to art, and to nature itself.

Ironically we do is similar to Jet Lancer in some ways: -Screen flashes red with distortion -Health bar shakes and flashes -Nadia’s portrait flashes red and her expression changes. -red lightning engulfs the ship. It’s perhaps a bit more subtle, but you become attuned to it fairly quick :)
