I just wanted to clear up why there is regulation around this. I'm not an expert, but my sources are from people in the know-how on renewables. There are a few gotchas with renewables, but that is okay. Engineers figure out how to fix it and then that is one less excuse deniers can use.

My thoughts exactly. He has enough time to pull his gun and shoot (or WTF was he doing with it out already) AND get out of the way of the vehicle. Watching the video, my first instinct would be just to back further away from the SUV, not that it was completely necessary.

I wish people understood where to get climate change information from. It's not politicians or big oil ad campaigns, it's climate scientists! Why is that so hard for people to understand?

Unfortunately, you still have to plan ahead. I have driven from central CA to SoCal and I still can't rely on finding a charge point whenever running low, like you can with gas. Especially near Bakersfield.

I have an EV and I love it. But driving in the western US is frustrating with the lack of charging stations and lines you have deal with due to the lack of charging stations. I'm looking forward to the day when charging stations have the same prevalence as gas stations now a days.
