preparing for the masquerade #troubadoursdescort

Digital art of a man in a yellow, white, and blue renaissance inspired masquerade outfit trudging through a marsh made of blood. Hands rise up from the marsh and are pulling him down. The man is reaching toward masquerade masks in one of the trees around him. There are different expressions but he is reaching for the grinning one. He is backlit by a stylized sun.

black pearl and liquid gold

An illustration of a man with tan skin and long black hair looking deviously at the viewer with his chin resting in his palm. Behind him are two silhouettes of himself (a yellow-tinted one on the left who is holding a strange golden blob in his hand and looking excited, and a blue-tinted one wearing a mask and hat and holding a black staff). In the far back is a golden-faced angelic creature with a small beady eye at the center of its face. It's surrounded by a ring of garbled text and the word YVON. The backdrop is a pixelated blue image of the ocean, and a golden fish spine acts as the leftmost border.

A rough illustration of two characters in front of a harp. One man is sitting and the other is standing behind him, hands gripping his arms and demanding that he play the instrument. There is a very thin line between obsessing over whether every panel is a tiny masterpiece and being thankful that a panel is serviceable--that it accomplishes something that needs done. That line is different for everyone, but:
