your core users are people who have already demonstrated a willingness to abandon a more popular social media site for another, in the most part for disliking the politics of the people who run it. write this on a big whiteboard somewhere in the office

what fucks me up about the Bluesky TOS update is fucking every adult creator i know wants MORE labels and filter options. we WANT more granular control over the labels and spoilers we can put on our work so people who want to curate their timeline to avoid us CAN DO SO

The new bluesky guidelines are completely arbitrary and easily manipulated to fit any anti-nsfw rhetoric. Who draws the line for what a drawing depicts or doesn't depict?

Anyway, here’s your form of consent, Bluesky.

Meme from Parks and Recreation of Ron handing a paper to an officer and saying “Not to worry. I have a permit.”

Followed by a closeup image of the paper being held by the officer, edited to read:

“Every fictional character I’ve drawn and will draw having sex, has consented to being drawn that way. They told me themselves.”

You might see several artists mad about the bluesky policy update banning non-con, even artists who do not make that kind of material, and wonder why it's such a problem. If that's you, here is a quick breakdown: 🧵

He asked me for an art of these two, and well, since I've been wanting to draw them for a while, I was very happy with the request. I will post the other images of this set when I finish them. #Frieren #FernStark #nsfwart #fanart

Dusting off this place🧹 This year my life took a turn and several things happened that prevented me from dedicating myself to art and this account. At the moment it seems the turbulence is nearing an end and, with that, I will be able to make art more frequently in the next months.

Today marks 10 years since Bloodborne was released.🥳🎉 Having gone through this experience in 2015 left such an impression on me. I even wrote my undergraduate thesis about it. And it makes me sad to see Sony ignore the game, which is one of the most acclaimed in the company's portfolio. +

I know that mihoyo doesn't have the courage to put buff women in their gacha games (Beidou from Genshin and Feixiao from HSR should be for sure) and fans usually fix this with fanarts. But how come no one has made a fanart of a more buff Caesar from ZZZ yet? Will I have to solve this issue myself?
