Made yaki udon tonight using some coppa steak and sugarcone cabbage. It’s been a while since I made it so I basically had to recreate the recipe from memory and a vague notion.

Now that spring is finally here I’ve taken to enjoying the side porch shirtless. The neighbors have yet to complain….

Won an award from work last year and the reward trip started today. Who knew Florida had such varied topography? Now I’m off to enjoy the lazy river that goes through the resort.
