Grangenolvin have advanced to the Kildare Club Intermediate semi-final, what a massive achievement for our small club! Long family history, my sister played in Junior and Int AI finals back in the early days of LGFA and my dad coached many boys through Cman na mBun! Massive underdogs today!

I can’t begin to explain how big this is for our small South Kildare club, Junior Kildare & Leinster Champions 2025. Playing intermediate now, local derby. St. Laurence’s were relegated from senior in 2024. #gaa #kildare fingers crossed they can hold out. Still in the first half.

Increases teacher workload and limits what teachers can do. What people don’t see is the level of reform being pushed through schools and the lack of time to facilitate them. if time isn’t given the meaningful change needed won’t happen! NQTs are burnt out within 1-2 years of starting their career!

That wasn’t fair on anybody! Honestly feel for the teacher with 33 this year. On top of that, there is significant curriculum redevelopment happening. The maths curriculum is excellent, finding the time to collaborate and enact it at school level is another challenge. Too much strain on the system!

The issue of class size is back on the political agenda ahead of the budget. My kids are in classes of 28 and 33. As a teacher myself, I know the challenge of working in larger classes and the benefits of smaller numbers. This INTO tool is for anyone in school communities who wishes to contact TDs.

Too many issues, we don’t have the infrastructure for them. They will have to come up with an equitable national strategy. This proposal went in with no renewables in the plan. Thank God it has been turned down. It would be a scar on the landscape in rural communities.

Yeah they definitely do, when I stopped Montelukast I felt awful again although I’m not asthmatic it helps with the inflammation. They did a nasal endoscopy alongside the allergy test and diagnosed the inflammation from that. Said it impacts the whole body! Wishing you all the best!

Yes, spray and another asthma type medication. I’m starting immunotherapy for it in the next few months, basically a small tablet every day for a few years and then shouldn’t need meds. Allergy research and management has come on so much! I hope you get some relief!

Oh you poor thing, I hope they get to the bottom of it for you! I found out I have a severe dust allergy last year through an allergy clinic. The difference since it has been treated is unbelievable. Hope the GP can direct you to the right services!

I was six months post surgery and developed mild cellulitis. It was the 4th GP visit (and second opinion) before I was referred. Sense of doom, no appetite, fast heart rate, fatigue etc. Just felt really off!

I developed sepsis in October 2023. I am 100% that the awareness raising in the previous September meant I took myself to A&E in time. At that it took months to fully recover. Know the signs . #sepsisaware
