Boo! Happy Halloween from Trio Fadolín! Continuing our thread of music from Central Asia, here's a minute of the "Serenade" by Uzbekistan-based composer Dmitri Yanov-Yanovsky. Commissioned by MetLiveArts and recorded live in concert at Columbia, it's one of our favorite pieces to play.

This Sunday afternoon @triofadolin makes its Long Island debut at Concerts by The Pond in Cold Spring Harbor. How gorgeous is this setting? Can't wait to see it in person. #seeyououtthere #triofadolin #chambermusic #iloveny #longisland #fadolín #fadolin #folkmusic #classicalmusic #foliage

Recently @triofadolin brought this globetrotting program to Greenwich House - this Sunday we're bringing some of it, plus music by Dmitry Yanov-Yanovsky & Pēteris Vasks (almost certainly a US premiere), to the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church's concert series. trio.fadolin.com #chambermusic #nyc
