If any of those things we listed before disgusts you, you don't have to call it out specifically but if you are not willing to defend your own half siblings in the otaku community your cousins in sex work, and your siblings in kink the furry community will *not* survive We're all in the same boat.

A black and white photo of a man with a moustache wearing a plaid shirt, standing amidst a sitting crowd and shouting. The text above reads...
Vito Russo:
"We do not have the responsibility of making gay life look good to straights so that they will accept us. I am not at all interested in promoting a cleaned up image to a straight world which is twice as corrupt and ten times as sick."

A reminded that this sort of behavior is not meaningfully different than the vicebusting squads that rounded up sex workers and arrested them to "help them", which are in turn just slavecatchers. One became the other became the other after slavery abolition, civil rights, then gay marriage. 🧵

A 2 panel comic with the words "Old Dog" and "New Tricks" under each. The first depicts a man whispering into the ear of a sneering a visibly disgusted woman dressed to look like she's from the mid to late 20th century looking into at someone off screen "She makes freak pornos in her basement" to which she replies "I don't want that degenerate in my neighborhood.." The second panel depicts a text conversation between two people in which the first person says "I found her nsfw??? :skull:" "look at this freak shit  " then texting an image of a shortform microblog site like Twitter or Bluesky featuring a banner with a large breasted woman giving a 3 fingered peace sign with her cleavage taking up a sixth of the frame, and her face as the icon for the account with an 18+ in her banner text flanked by two no entry emoji. A Second person replies "I knew there was smthn off About her lmfaoooo" "dming my mutuals to unfollow her rn  "

Makes sense to us we've always pushed at things others felt unwilling to push at if we knew it would help, sometimes to the point of self harm.

A trait percentage discription attributing us to a green heart of Kindness, the green soul "No matter how many times I got hurt, I never let that make me cruel."
Kindness is listed at 77%, bravery 71%, Justice 70%, perseverance 67%, determination 50%, integrity 41%, and patience 28%

Two images in a "at first I was like, but then I was like" meme format featuring a man in a space suit in a mecha with no eyebrows and a deranged look on his face going "I'm gonna violate you!" Once and again with even more intensity, leaning forward in emphasis

Now that you can upload ten images we're thinking about starting a "what it's like to date you with things on your phone" thing. Only reason we don't right now is because it will take half an hour to do all the alt text. Here's one for fun though

Quote post with your favorite underrated gem. Ours is Infra, a non horror urban exploration game about documenting infrastructural decay and uncovering a decades long conspiracy behind why there hasn't been maintenance in so long.

In front of a log processing plant flanked by a crane for moving logs and framed by a rocky hill in the background of a cloudy outdoor worksite is the large words INFRA and a diagonal arrow in a bold white font.

#21 Life on the Bridge by Kaelynn Partlow We've been trying to find good books to recommend to our dad, but her full throated defense of ABA without leaving room for the systemic pressure that allow abusive practices to run free makes it not that. This had many great takeaways but gods...

#17 Koi Kaze An extremely strong reccomendation. This is not a story about love wining out in the end, but love tearing up the lives of two siblings who both clearly want to get help but couldn't, edging towards a irresponsible connection of repressed emotion and under addressed power.

A screenshot of Koi kaze depicting a man in a dark read hoody and a girl in a school unniform on a bicycle riding by some blosoming pink cheery blossom trees.

Been thinking about how we would like to write a complicated complete reimagining the third Zero Escape title ZTD after it clearly didn't have enough time in the oven. We thought for sure a MUCH more interesting ending was being set up, but sadly most twists fell flat at best.

Key art for the game Zero Time Dilemma, bathed in dark heavily saturatured colors several perplexed and stressed out chracters look are squared around a motif of a broken clock.

#9? Utopia Must Fall Got extremly into this for a few months and actually got to the end game more than once. Amazed how a simple change in the games writing when you run out of upgrades got us crying. A hella good defense shooter and highly recced. Eagerly awaiting the next update.

#6 Enshittification Almost decent beyond its center left takes, but the need to suddenly throw shade at Audrey Lorde at the end by saying she was "dead wrong" about the master's tools being unable to dismantle the master's house is noted and frankly calls the entire book into question. Yuck.
