I donate any 'books to begone' to Lifeline in CBR and they have a book fair a couple of times a year 📚 Good luck making the decisions 🙏 I struggle offloading any books, inc recipes, but have become more ruthless in latter yrs.

THIS .... Everytime I find out another dementia risk factor my guts lurch. Dad died in Jan; Mum has dementia - they were propping each other up. Managing his estate and the aged care system is like permanently on a rollercoaster in the dark. Looking after my health is taking a backseat. FARK!
