Negative Minutes are ones that aren't productive, such as taking more than 20 minutes to eat lunch, or not doing two tasks at the same time all day. You get 1 bathroom break per 4 hours of Positive Minutes, and are severely penalized at 2x Negative Minutes if your poop lasts 3 minutes or more.

Positive Minutes benefit the company and help you earn rewards, like the ability to find coverage on days off when you're sick or once a week a small brownie from the cafeteria if you aren't in a Negative Minute deficit

I love the Prophecy movies but always forget the scene where The Angel Transfers The Soul and how fucking creepy and unnecessary it was. The plot would have been better if the teacher got the soul instead of the kid anyways. I do love the movie, though. I'm a sucker for movies with Angels.

Something that can help is to get excited for what my therapist calls a "retro night." Its where you plan out an evening like its you in college, and you roleplay it out. You don't look at your phone or news sites or modern social media, and listen to things you experienced then.

And as one final comment: I don't know the woman who lost her temper. She was an AA employee. She may have had a bad day with the storms and other customers. I was soaking wet, didn't have chargers or my belongings, a dying phone, and needed to rebook and no one was at the terminal to help.

Since we were left to find accommodations for ourselves, we decided to spend the night in the airport. Fun fact, that's not allowed anymore, but we were assured the nearby hotels were cheap. They were *not.* $500, $200 of that was a mandatory hold on top of incidentals. For one night.

Because it was an "Air traffic control" issue, they wouldn't cover rooms. They rebooked me, but my luggage was missing. It had been loaded onto SOME plane, they had a hard time figuring out which one. It was also left in the rain, since when i got it back it was soaked, ruining meds and other things

Had a Bills fan say "City of Brotherly Love, Indeed" at the exchange. The next couple of people were also helpless. Either "that's not my job" or "I can't help you" and walking away. The last woman was very helpful, and we all thanked her and were glad she was sympathetic.

2. "Why didn't you find someone?" Well, we did. We found the rudest, meanest woman who cussed me out. I don't know her story, but being told I'm "fucking entitled" because we asked if someone could come help us didn't help the situation, nor was her temper tantrum afterwards. There were witnesses.

Now, I actually understand not letting us on, but that's not where the complaint is from. No. 1. There were no one at the "24 Help Desk" to help us! We waited for over an hour in line while dripping with water. No one showed up, there was no means to contact anyone. We were left without help.

We were at the farthest terminal from our gate, so a bunch of us were forced to run. My asthma had been acting up all week but I kept up with everyone. Unfortunately, we got there right as they sealed the door, and due to regulations we weren't allowed to board. We watched the plane taxi away.

I would have made my flight had there been a ground crew there to help us. We couldn't even tractor to the gate: we were forced to deplane via cargo ramp onto the runway and run through the storm to get in the terminal. We were left positively soaked from the rain! There were no instructions either

Now that I am home and I have been reunited with my things, its time for me to slam American Airlines for the worst travel experience of my life. I ended up missing my connecting flight in Philly. While I understand it was late and there was a storm in the area, there's more to it.

First year #ExcelsiorCon is in the books! It did SO SO WELL and people really seemed to enjoy my panels. It's always deeply humbling when someone compliments me on my public speaking, especially since I have a speech impediment. But I even got to help teach some kids about game design!
