FWIW, this happened to me in a small private group as well. Like, I was interrogated for over a year by supposed friends for being victimized. I can't speak for the institution, everything I've ever heard says do not trust police. But I strongly suspect this is a society problem in more ways.

I also got strong RPG vibes from this. It was nice being able to chat about it with Joaquin and other fans. The worldbuilding was so strong, I really did connect with the cast and their motivations as we met them. Felt a sense of something bigger on the horizon, before it was made known.

We haven't had pho in something like two years. I've got a job now so it's back on the menu. It's become relatively easy to get over here, but we're picky about our broth. We were spoiled on the good stuff for a long time. We were able to smell a local spot and HAD to step in. It was divine.

I might bet on them having difficulty with locations in the writing phase and just fudging the map because "nobody can find El Salvador on a map"

Fun fact, El Salvador had a mass migration in the 80's

Well then, the rule is you have to party! ;) Just be careful accepting drinks from strangers. Is there a safety group at BLFC that distributes spiked drink detectors?

It's really disgusting how they have weaponized those tools against folk who have done nothing wrong. We can fix it though!

Beautiful autumnal piece. Somewhat surprising, knowing what you and hex are known for. ;)

I'm really glad to be here and not on Facebook right now. Spouse is over there and the last few days have been nothing but Susan Dell jokes in poor taste.

I may attempt this. Thank you for the lead. <3 Do you play in these games?

Grinding someone down to remove their self worth. Manipulating them until they are agreeable to the cult.

I'm in the market for a new D&d group. Of the last three, two succumbed to Harry Potter brain rot, and the third was part of a mulching attempt.

You are not defined by the bad things in life. You've said it yourself, you can get through any crisis. We live in a time of constant crisis. Your joy is powerful when we aren't allowed to have it. You are totally worth it, brain is being mean to you. *Hugs*

Tanks are such a good time. I learned to like them because hot and sweaty in a warehouse is no fun, but now it's gender and that's awesome.

I was asked my opinion on AI at work, for work related ai committee. I listed my grievances, from the mundane to the world ending, in advancing severity. The person I spoke to replied "So I'm actually the resident skeptic on this committee and I agree with you on all points." And that was needed.

I'm also NB so most people just code me as male and Tri is an unusual enough name nobody really pays attention to the gender bit.

Recently discussed the possibility with an assistant to guide the process, but TBH spouse hasn't changed her name after marriage cause we're lazy and it's a bother. It's a wishlist item, but not high on my priorities. I'm not really dysphoric about it, it's just awkward sometimes.

As someone with barely a sense of smell, what is meant by this?

I seem to remember EC was very tickled by this back in the day, as was I. Thank you for bringing it back.

I've known a few lawyers who are also landowners who just rent out properties and barely manage them.
