I rode this bike into adulthood. Best bike ever.

Pic from 1989 of a girl (me) getting her first big girl bike for her 8th birthday. (Step up from the Big Wheel she outgrew from her 4th birthday.) She is sitting on the bike inside the house because her birthday is in March and the weather is always crap then. She is surrounded by family members of all ages, wearing typical 80s clothing. The bike is a pink and white Huffy with a plate on the front that says Sweet Thunder. A fantastic bike with the most comfortable seat ever, perfect for my misshapen tailbone.

So last night between 1:30-2am, a tiny vampire arrived alone on our porch, screaming his head off. He is now safe and warm. We have named him Eddie Munster.

I can fix some clothes but i do not enjoy it. I do it for money or to help someone. I fixed 3 prom dresses this year and it took me literally 12 hours each on 2 of them (lotta layers). Making clothes is not fun for me at all but i love to teach/make quilts 😁
