I think the Federal Minimum Wage should be tied directly to Congressional Pay. If Congress gives themselves a raise, then minimum wage goes up as well. Maybe 20% of Congressional Hourly (assuming 2,080 hours/year). Someone should make this a Rider to the next pay raise bill.
