Y’know what I think it is? Roth’s vampires are a bit too saccharine. I’m not saying I want assholes, but these lacked, heh, bite. Back to playing w/ @xerique.bsky.social’s vampires instead. Bestie gets it. 👍

It’s kinda weird to finish a book like, “Yeah I devoured all 650+ pages in 2 days, 4/5 stars… am I gonna continue on in the series? Nope, I’m good! ^_^” Sometimes you pick smth up to scratch an itch and that’s it.

I’m trying to enjoy this genuinely lovely piece of character development, but every time Roth unironically says “he pressed his rhabdos into her” I’m shot out of a circus canon into Lmfao Town. 🤣

It’s a shame bc I’ve been enjoying the book so far! This is just so ridiculous tho. 😂 Please y’all, it’s one thing if your characters refer to anatomy a certain way bc worldbuilding, but PLEASE call it what it is in the actual narrative.

I’m reading Blood Mercy by Vela Roth and got to the smut, except the characters are referring to cock and cunt by the names in their Fantasy Language, and I just *cannot* take it seriously. They really out here w/ sentences like “he sank his rhabdos into her krana” and I’m *wheezing*. 😂

I went back and forth on whether to make the ombré red-to-black or vice versa all the way up ‘til the polish went on, and I’m still not entirely sure I made the right choice… but I think it still looks nice! 🧛‍♀️🩸

I'm playing DAO w/ my Amell in my spare time, as well as introducing my friend to the series by streaming a Surana run every Friday. Both pts have made it to the Deep Roads. Do y'all know what kinda unique hell it is to play the Deep Roads *twice* - SIMULTANEOUSLY???

@bottomblitzweek.bsky.social 🔞Prompt: Danger S: "Well, we're really up shit creek." B: "We, motherfucker??" - #Blitzo #Striker #blitzker #bottomblitzweek

Blitz and Striker are having a hate fuck. Striker has bound Blitz's arms with rope. Both try to use a moment of the other's inattention to draw out their weapons. Blitz is slightly quicker to the draw and has his dagger positioned at the back of Striker's head. While Striker has a blessed dagger on him, he's not as ready to strike. Blitz is flipping him the bird with both of his hands.

Caped Crusader s2 was SO GOOD! 9/10 (If I pretended their version of Scarecrow doesn’t exist, it’s a 10/10.) (Srsly y’all better have the *actual* Scarecrow show up in s3 or something bc if that lame ass kid is your version I’m gonna be SAD. ☹️)
