An explanation on why Big Walk isn't available on Xbox. bigwalk.game/xbox

Regarding Xbox

In June 2026 we announced that the release of Big Walk would be limited to computers, Switch 2 and PS5. Since then, we have received many messages and comments, asking about a future Xbox release. We would like to address those questions here:

We have made the decision not to release Big Walk on Xbox, in accordance with the Palestinian-led BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement’s call to boycott Microsoft, and their designation of Microsoft Games (and Xbox) as a priority boycott target. If you need help understanding our motives, we would recommend reading about why Microsoft is a BDS priority target, the successes this kind of pressure has already had on Microsoft, and especially, watching this great introductory piece by People Make Games.

It has always been our intention for Big Walk to be played by groups of friends, and we know that keeping the game off Xbox runs counter to those intentions. This decision means that some people will miss out on playing Big Walk with their friends, and we understand the disappointment we’re causing. We are disappointed too.

We would love for people to be able to play the game on Xbox, but not until Microsoft and/or Xbox have been removed as BDS boycott targets.

We’ve made this decision with the belief that meaningful change can be made in the world, that coordinated collective action can confront even the most powerful interests, and that one day, Palestine will be free.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,
House House

🩸THE TEARS ARE HERE. 🩸 You know that feeling when a game melody hits your ears and you instantly know it’s going to stay with you forever? That’s Bloody Tears. And soon you’ll hear it in the game. We wanted to go beyond a tribute and tell Rose’s story through these unforgettable notes.

Flashback to the time my geiger counter went off with a "Off the scale" alarm at work and everyone was asking "Why do you have a geiger counter?" and not "Why is it measuring over 1mSv/h?"

Straight up feels like I've wasted the last decade of my life learning tech only to get out of schooling and have AI rip away any and all opportunities of doing anything professional in the field.

I've really gotten into reading Stormlight Archives. So I thought I'd give the bridge boy Kaladin a draw.

inspired by some truly unhinged yard decorations i saw on my walk earlier, happy spooky month #omori

a happy pizza man looking over at a yard where 2 (crying) boys are hanging up what appears to be a scary ghost girl prop in a tree (unbeknownst to him, the girl is NOT a prop)

Excellent choice, I would also recommend The Owl House. It has wonderful LGBT+ representation and a diverse cast of characters, strong anti-authoritarian undertones, and a beautiful message on how even those who don’t fit can find a place to belong.

Disabled people deserve healthcare, housing, food and support. They deserve accommodations. They don’t deserve to be treated as “less than” because they can’t work. No one’s worth should be tied to productivity. Only the top 1% benefits from a system that leaves “non productive” people behind.
