During the 2023-2024 program year, 2,200+ youth were served by the [Treehouse] Store. We also saw a 37% increase in online orders and over 100,000+ items in total were distributed to youth and young people in foster care across Washington state.

Windermere Foundation, which has been awarding grants to Treehouse since 1999, provided a grant for the Just-in-Time Funding program recently. We were also one of three nonprofits selected to be the beneficiary of their Comedy for a Cause event in early December. Thank you, Windermere Foundation!

A Driver’s License Should be a Right, not a Privilege
A driver’s license increases access to opportunities, especially for those in rural areas where public transportation is inaccessible or unreliable.

In 2018, Treehouse began providing financial support to those in Washington state's foster care system toward getting their driver's license, which is seen as a rite of passage for many teens and young adults.

During the month of October, partners like Coordinated Care and Dropbox packaged thousands of toys and other gifts for youth in foster care. Approximately 4,000 young people in foster care will receive a gift as part of this program, and we couldn’t do it without our volunteers! #HolidayMagic
