Other names include ‘almond-scented millipede’ and ‘cyanide millipede’ because, yes, these many-legged detritivores release hydrogen cyanide gas to defend themselves against predators.

I love serotinous pine cones 🌲🔥 (See alt text to learn more)
The spiky cone of the Knobcone pine (Pinus attenuata). Scattered populations exist in California and Oregon — primarily along the coast. Their cones are “serotinous”, sealed with resins that require hot fire to vaporize and release seeds. The cones can remain dormant (closed) for up to 20 years, only dropping from the trees and releasing seeds in the presence of hot fire (~200°C). Adults rarely live more than 80 years, with thin bark and low hanging branches seemingly adapted to provide kindling for their young rather than to withstand incidences of fire.

For perspective, 5 million tons of CO2 is roughly equivalent to the emissions of: 1. An average gas-powered passenger car driving around the Earth 93.55 times 2. Operating 13.1 natural gas-fired power plants for a year 3. 562,619,557 gallons of gas consumed Source: www.epa.gov/energy/green...

The 5 million tons of CO2 emissions estimated from 14 days of the Iran war is equivalent to:

The FAQ is lit. www.getyourfuckingmoneyback.com/
www.getyourfuckingmoneyback.com

Did the family of US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick—an architect of the tariffs and Jeffrey Epstein’s good buddy—pay American companies 25 cents on the dollar to acquire the rights to receive their tariff refunds? And now that those refunds are actually happening, does Lutnick stand to make a shitload of money from insider government information, in one of the most profound and flagrant acts of corruption in the 21st century?

Yup.

Why isn’t every company in America doing this?

Great question! You should ask them.

Murdering civilians that don’t agree with their inhumane agenda, and doing “door to door investigations”? Sounds like Nazi Germany to me!
From Holocaust encyclopedia (https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/article/nazi-terror-begins):

Arrests of Political Opponents
In the months after Hitler took power, SA and Gestapo agents went from door to door looking for Hitler's enemies. They arrested Socialists, Communists, trade union leaders, and others who had spoken out against the Nazi Party; some were murdered. By the summer of 1933, the Nazi Party was the only legal political party in Germany. Nearly all organized opposition to the regime had been eliminated. Democracy was dead in Germany.
